Welcome discount valid for new email and/or SMS subscribers only. Offer code may only be applied to orders at checkout, and will take 10% off full priced items only. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Offer code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. One use per customer.

Shipping Information

We know what it's like waiting for a package to arrive, so we make every effort to get your products to you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. (During sitewide sales, it may take up to 7-10 business days.) After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days after they're shipped. We currently offer International Shipping to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping is available for orders placed within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii & International. Select “Expedited Shipping (2 business days)” at checkout. Products not eligible for expedited shipping include: The Writer, The Copywriter and the WordSmith letter boards. Offer valid only applicable for in-stock items. Offer not valid on previous purchases, special orders, gift cards, taxes, or sale items.

Thank you for making sure the shipping information you provide is accurate! If you discover an error on your confirmation email, please inform us ASAP, and if your shipment hasn’t already gone out, we’ll quickly make the correction. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information we’ve received, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item and collected new shipping fees. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.

Return Policy

We’re happy when you’re happy, and we proudly stand behind our products. Should you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, shoot us an email to hey@letterfolk.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll give you instructions for returning your item. To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), all items must be received back in new and unused condition. This includes an intact letter set. At our discretion, partial refunds will be issued for use or damage. Rest assured, we are happy to discuss the condition of your item prior to your return if you have any concerns. Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process.

Exchange Policy
