Online Warehouse Sale FAQ
1. Why are these products for sale? What sort of imperfections should I expect?
A couple times a year, we have in-person "warehouse sale" events where we sell lightly defective items from our Salt Lake City warehouse. For as long as we've held them, we've heard from hundreds of you about offering these sales online. And because of logistical hurdles, we haven't been able to make these deeply discounted inventory available to everyone — until now!
The products offered in our Online Warehouse Sale have a variety of minor defects including dents, scratches, lightly discolored, slightly crooked groove, etc. These defects do not affect the functionality or durability of the board, notebook, or Tile Mat.
2. What sort of defects are possible with Tile Mat items? Are tiles included?
All Tile Mat defects should be small, superficial dots, streaks, or light discoloration. No defects should affect the usability or tile feature of the Tile Mat. Items sold during the warehouse sale might not include their original retail packaging, but will include all standard components, including a complete Tile Set.
3. What about letter boards? What sort of imperfections should I expect?

3. What comes with the letter board?
All letter boards will come with the same accessories as our regularly priced letter boards, including a full letter set (Mini: 1/2", Poet: 3/4", Writer: 1", Wordsmith: 2") and muslin bag for letter storage.
4. What is the return/exchange process for the Online Warehouse Sale?
All sales are final – there will be no returns or exchanges. These items are sold in "as is" condition and we cannot field special requests.
5. Can I see what the defect looks like before I order it?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to entertain special requests or tell you the specific type of issue your item might have. All known defects and issues are listed above in our photo gallery. When placing an order on this heavily discounted inventory, you should be comfortable with any/all of the defects listed above.
6. The item I want is sold out – will there be a restock?
We are offering our entire inventory of warehouse sale inventory. There will be no restocks. We have limited quantities on all styles. Once they're sold out, they're gone.
