Post-Holiday Restock Info

If you're on this page and reading this, it likely means you're looking for a board that's out of stock. Sorry about that! We've been working our hardest to restock as many boards as possible through the holidays. Here are some more details about future restocks and some other frequently asked questions:

The Basics

  • Because of inventory constraints, our restock quantities have been limited. Instead of restocking smaller quantities that don't satisfy demand, we're going to open up pre-orders on most items in our shop this Friday, January 6th at 11am EST. We'll do our best to forecast when we project they'll ship, but we can't make any date-specific guarantees at the moment. In most cases, pre-orders will ship within 1-4 weeks. We'll do our best to keep customers updated on estimated shipping times as soon as we have better info
  • If you'd like to know when your product is restocked, please use the email notification form found on that product's page. As soon as that item is restocked, you'll automatically receive a notification (note: if you sign up for the email notification and miss out on that restock, you'll need to sign up to receive another email notification)
  • Quantities for each board type and letter set size will be limited immediately after the holidays, so most items will sell out quickly. Please note that even if an item is in your cart, it is not actually yours UNTIL you check out
  • If you received a gift card and are looking to redeem it, don't fret! We will be restocking our boards in larger quantities after Christmas, so you should be able to get the board your heart desires in January
  • Letterfolk boards are handcrafted in the USA. Inventory constraints are the byproduct of each board taking a significant amount of labor, time, and attention to detail

Shipping Details

  • If your order is in stock, we typically get orders prepped and shipped out within 2-4 business days and delivered within 1-5 business days after that. Pre-orders will obviously vary
  • Local pick-ups are not currently available
