Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Info

We know what it's like waiting for a package to arrive, so we make every effort to get your letter board to you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days (depending on your proximity to Utah) after they're shipped.

Thank you for making sure the shipping information you provide is accurate! If you discover an error on your confirmation email, please inform us ASAP, and if your shipment hasn’t already gone out, we’ll quickly make the correction. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information we’ve received, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item and collected new shipping fees. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.

Return Policy

We’re happy when you’re happy, and we proudly stand behind our products. Should you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, shoot us an email to hey@letterfolk.com within (15) days of delivery and we’ll give you instructions for returning your board. To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), all items must be received back in new and unused condition. This includes an intact letter set. At our discretion, partial refunds will be issued for use or damage. Rest assured, we are happy to discuss the condition of your board prior to your return if you have any concerns. Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process.

Exchange Policy

Does your style dictate a different felt option, frame or size? We can easily exchange your new and unused order within (15) days of delivery for any other product of your choosing! Please indicate the reason for the exchange in an email to hey@letterfolk.com with your original order number and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. We will include a pre-paid shipping label with your new order to return your original item. Shipping charges for the original and exchanged boards delivered to you will not be refunded. Please see our policy on Returns for qualifications for a full refund of the purchase price of the original order.

International Orders

We love shipping our boards to folks all around the world. Because of the costs associated with shipping our boards internationally, all international orders are final sale. Many countries collect customs/duties for international purchases, so please review your country's international customs policies as we are unaware and are not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees.
